Return and Exchange

Our styles are designed for a slightly loose fit.

If the item you ordered from UkraineEmbroidery is not a perfect fit in every way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.

All returns must be sent back during 10 business days of receipt in original packaging, unworn and undamaged with tags attached.

We will not cover or refund additional taxes or fees charged by the country of destination, it is customer's responsibility to pay all import-associated duties and fees.

Packages that are refused by the customer will not be processed until we receive them back, shipping and any other charges must be paid by the customer, or will be deducted from the refund. [Refund Policy]
